FAMILY AND PARTNER VISAS

There are a number of subclasses and options for family and partner visas. It is strongly recommended to engage with a qualified and registered local migrant agent that is familiar with Immigration law.

PARTNER VISA
You may be eligible to apply for a Partner visa if you are the spouse, de facto or fiancé of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. There are a number of subclasses depending on whether you are onshore or offshore:

Partner Visa Offshore (Subclasses 309 and 100)
Partner Visa Onshore (Subclass 820/801)

CHILD ADOPTION
Being an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be eligible to sponsor a child under the child visa options or adoption visa options depending on the circumstances. PARENT VISA
You may be eligible to bring your parents to Australia provided certain criteria are met. Please contact our consultants at Managing Migration for a detailed checklist of the requirements necessary to be eligible.

RELATIVE VISA
This visa is for individuals who fall into one of this categories:
i. You are aged and financially dependent on a relative who lives in Australia; or
ii. You and your partner’s only remaining relatives live in Australia

CARER VISA
This visa is available for applicants to come to Australia to care for a relative with a long term or permanent medical condition.
