Because we are a newly incorporated business, our prices are significantly cheaper than other migration agencies. The Managing Director of Managing Migration has a background in Law and Finance. He decided to specialise and complete his post-graduate qualifications in Immigration law and become a Registered Migration Agent. He has worked in a similar capacity in other corporations and is highly skilled in this area of practice. He has a passion to help people and is dedicated to ensure that every client’s case is dealt with due diligence.
Managing Migration is affiliated with an Education Agency that is located next to our business premises in East Perth. We have built a professional and reliable relationship with the education agents to ensure that our clients are able to obtain assistance from the education agents if necessary for assistance in enrollments in Colleges and Universities.
We are also affiliated with real estate agents’ that can assist you in buying businesses or residential properties if required.
We are aiming to eventually be able to provide clients with all necessary services under one corporation. However, our principle business is to ensure that we manage all your migration needs in order for you to ensure that you stay in Australia is positive and enlightening.

Managing Director
Mr Rashpal Sekhon has a wealth of experience in all matters concerning Immigration law. He has completed a double degree in Law and Commerce (Finance). After working in the Finance industry, he decided to pursue a new career path and chase a career in Immigration Law. He decided to complete his post-graduate qualification in Australian Migration Law and Practice whilst gaining practical experience in a local Immigration practice. After which, he decided to commence his own practice and established an office on Hay Street, Perth. Rashpal Sekhon has a passion to help people and is dedicated to ensure that all his clients are treated with utmost respect and diligence.
